About the course ‘Asana Decoded’

‘ Asana Decoded’ is a curated course, where every session is designed to improve flexibility, strength, posture, breathing capacity, concentration, and inner balance through a structured step by step approach.

The course curriculum includes;

Sukshma Vyayama Gentle movement of the body to improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness.

Step by step practice of standing, sitting, supine, prone, inversion, and meditative postures starting from basic and slowly moving to advanced levels.

Surya Namaskar

The right technique and alignment correction in all the steps of the sun salutation.

Kapalbhati

Cleansing practice to prepare the body for various breathing practices.

Prāṇāyāma

Various breathing techniques to enhance focus, calmness, and overall well-being.

Wholistic understanding of Āsana practice. Q & A at the end of every session
