Sage Patañjali suggests Aṣṭāṅga-Yoga, a wholistic discipline consisting of 8 components: Yama, Niyama, Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Pratyāhāra, Dhāraṇā, Dhyāna and Samādhi. First five components are preparation, whereas the last three are meditation. In this workshop, we will try to decode the secrets of the last 3 components.
